Apply to perform at The Palm Bar & Grill™

We are getting ready to start accepting applications for our 2026 live entertainment calendar! From high-energy bands to acoustic sets, stand-up comedians, open mic to specialty performers — we’re building a dynamic and diverse lineup for an unforgettable year of entertainment.

📅 Key Dates:

  • Applications Open: September 1, 2025

  • Deadline to Apply: October 31, 2025

  • Review Period: November 2025

  • Final Selections, Contracts Issued & Confirmed: December 2025

  • Public Calendar Release: January 2026

🎟️ How It Works:

We have a limited number of predetermined dates available for 2026. When applying, you may select your top 3 preferred dates. Availability will be considered alongside your performance fee, genre fit, and overall alignment with our entertainment goals.

Your performance fee must be included in your application — this helps us determine placement based on our entertainment budget.

If you perform solo and with a band, you must submit separate applications for each act.

  • Artist/Band Name

  • Contact Name & Role (Performer/Manager)

  • Contact Phone Number

  • Contact Email

  • Website (if applicable)

  • Social Media Links (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

  • Requested Performance Fee

  • Type of Performance (Solo / Band / Comedy / Other)

  • Preferred Dates (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Choice)

📢 If You’re Selected:

All chosen performers will be required to:

  • Sign a performance contract

  • Provide promotional graphics, logo, and marketing materials

Submissions are only accepted between September 1 – October 31, 2025. Contracts will be issued to selected acts only.
